"Looks like the real deal"
I’m really happy with this figure. It’s genuine Department 56, and the box and little details match perfectly with my older pieces. If you’re adding to your collection, I’d definitely recommend it.

"Promo codes never seem to work"
I tried placing an order during their sale because the discount looked good at first. But once I got to checkout, the promo code just kept saying it wasn’t valid, even tho it was literally shown on their own site.

I reached out to customer service and they basically said exclusions apply, but none of that was clear when I was shopping. felt kinda like a bait and switch, and it was just not worth the hassle.

"I was really looking forward to..."
I was really looking forward to getting this village piece, but it ended up being a letdown. The paint job looked sloppy up close, and this is where it got annoying, there was even a loose part rattling around in the box when it arrived. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot nicer. It just comes across as kind of cheap, and I’m disappointed

I ordered a few Department 56 pieces i’m really glad I trusted my instinct on this one. Everything in the box was exactly what I picked out, with no wrong items or missing pieces, which I had been a little worried about. It was packed well too. Overall, I’m really happy with how smoothly it went and how accurate the order was

"Nice additions to my collection"
I'm happy with these pieces overall. They look great with the rest of my collection, and I’m glad I picked them up. Shipping was a little slow—well, not terrible, just slower than I expected, but everything arrived fine in the end.

"Pretty much what I expected"
I ordered a small village piece, and based on the photos and description, I kind of assumed it would look close to what was shown. It did. The size, colors, and pictures on the site were mostly spot on, so there weren’t any real surprises when it arrived. Usually I get a little skeptical with decorative pieces online, but this one matched up well. I just wish they had included a bit more info about the material. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Return took way longer than it should’ve"
I did end up getting my refund, but the whole return process felt slow. What bothered me more was how careless the handling seemed, like my package was just sitting around or being passed along without much attention. It worked out in the end, but it definitely could’ve been handled better

"Perfect Little Holiday Gifts"
These were such cute little holiday gifts. My mom absolutely loved them for her Christmas village, loved them, loved them. They added such a sweet festive touch.

"Cute items , but stock can be frustrating"
I really like Department 56 , and most of the pieces are so cute . The only thing that gets a little annoying is how often the stuff I want is sold out or not available until later . I ended up checking back a few times for certain pieces . The website itself is easy to use , I just wish the popular items were actually in stock when I’m ready to buy them .

"Super quick help with my order"
I had a question about my Department 56 order and tbh I figured I’d be waiting a day or two for a reply. Nope lol, they got back to me really fast and actually answered exactly what I needed.

The person helping me was really nice and didn’t make the whole thing complicated. My issue got sorted out quickly, which I def appreciated. Good customer service overall, and I’d order from them again.

"I do like some of the pieces and..."
I do like some of the pieces and they have a nice style, but the prices feel way too high for what you’re getting. And of course shipping always makes it even worse, so by the time you check out it just doesn’t feel worth it to me.

"First impression was mostly good, but shipping dragged a bit"
My first impression after ordering from Department 56 was positive, and the item did show up in good condition. The only thing that kind of stuck with me was how long the shipping took. It was a few days slower than I expected, and the tracking didn’t update very often, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on. Not a bad experience overall, I just wish the delivery had moved a little faster

"I did eventually find what I was..."
I did eventually find what I was looking for, but the site was a bit disappointing to use. The pages loaded slower than I expected, and the menu felt more confusing than it needed to be. Checkout was okay at least, but the overall experience could definitely be smoother

"Packed REALLY Well"
My order showed up with plenty of cushioning around everything, which I really appreciated. The box did have a small dent on it, but thankfully all the pieces inside were totally fine and had no damage. Took off one star just because of the dented box, but overall the packaging did its job WELL.

Box showed up kinda dented, which was annoying, but they got a replacement sorted quick so it was all good in the end.
